1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Each person may hold only one account — duplicate accounts created to circumvent suspensions will be permanently banned.

3. Content Ownership

Authors retain full ownership of their original articles. By publishing on PaytoHash News, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and archive your content on the platform and its partner services.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Publishing false or misleading financial information intended to manipulate markets
• Coordinated inauthentic behaviour — fake accounts, bot activity, or astroturfing
• Harassment, threats, or hate speech toward other users or subjects of articles
• Scraping, copying, or republishing platform content without permission
• Attempting to compromise platform security or other users' accounts
• Spam, unsolicited promotions, or pyramid scheme promotion in comments

5. Author Tiers & Monetisation

Authors are assigned Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers based on article count, TrustScore, and verification status. Tier benefits and monetisation eligibility are subject to change and are published separately in the Editorial Guidelines.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Serious violations (market manipulation, coordinated fraud) may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.
