1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ByteBreaking, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — readers, subscribers, creators, and publication owners.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Each person may hold only one account — duplicate accounts created to circumvent suspensions will be permanently banned.

3. Content Ownership

Creators retain full ownership of their original content. By publishing on ByteBreaking, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and archive your content on the platform and its services. You may delete your content at any time.

4. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on ByteBreaking, you agree to:

• Own or have rights to all content you publish
• Not publish content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Comply with our Community Guidelines
• Honor subscriber agreements and provide value to paid subscribers
• Disclose any material conflicts of interest in your content
• Not engage in deceptive practices to grow your audience

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on ByteBreaking:

• Publishing illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse toward any individual or group
• Spam, unsolicited promotions, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Impersonating another person, brand, or creator
• Scraping, copying, or republishing platform content without permission
• Attempting to compromise platform security or other users' accounts
• Using the platform to facilitate illegal activity or money laundering

6. Subscriptions & Payments

For Readers: Subscriptions are billed automatically according to your chosen plan (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the creator's discretion, except where required by law.

For Creators: Creator earnings from reader subscriptions and advertising are subject to platform fees as published in your creator dashboard. Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule (typically monthly) once you meet minimum thresholds. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines. Content moderation decisions are made by our team and, in some cases, through community reporting. We do not pre-screen all content but respond to violations when reported or discovered.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities. Upon termination, you forfeit access to your account and may lose access to subscriber information unless otherwise required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ByteBreaking is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content on the platform represents the views of individual creators and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making important decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

ByteBreaking and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or audience. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use of ByteBreaking after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
